Overcoming an Addiction

Anorexia, Bulimia, Drug Addict, Alcoholism, Gambling Addict, Relationship Addict, Sexual Addict, Internet Addict, Workaholics, Shopaholics, are all labels of the various types of addictions that people struggle to overcome.

Learning to stop the negative behaviors and thought processes can be challenging. Some people will be able to stop on their own. Some people benefit from reading self-help tips in the privacy of their own home. Others prefer seeking treatment to guide them through the recovery process. Here at the Center for Growth, in Center City Philadelphia we do a lot of work with individuals to help them overcome addictions.
